Acceptance of terms

By tendering a shipment to TrackJet or using trackjet.com, you agree to these terms of service and to our published tariff.

Shipper responsibilities

You warrant that shipment contents are accurately described, lawfully shipped and properly packaged for transport.

Declared weights must be provided in grams. Discrepancies discovered at a sort hub may result in a corrected invoice.

Prohibited items

Currency, live animals, firearms, unmanifested hazardous materials and any item prohibited by federal, state or local law may not be tendered.

Delivery commitments

Service windows are commitments, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, customs inspection or force majeure. Money-back guarantees apply only where stated on the service page.

Liability

Unless additional coverage is purchased, TrackJet's liability is limited to $100 per shipment. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

Claims

Loss or damage claims must be filed within 21 days of the scheduled delivery date with supporting documentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
