TrackJet started because shippers deserved better than a status page updated once a day. Today we run one of the most transparent networks in U.S. logistics.
Our story
We began with four vans and a single overnight air lane out of Columbus. Customers kept asking the same question — "where is it right now?" — so we built the answer into the core of the company rather than bolting it on later.
Twelve years on, TrackJet moves millions of parcels and pallets a year for e-commerce brands, manufacturers, hospitals and government agencies, with the same obsession: no unexplained gaps between scans.
