Information we collect

Shipment data such as sender and receiver names, addresses, contact details, package descriptions and weights recorded in grams.

Account data for business customers, including billing contacts and authenticated user identifiers.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected to secure and improve the platform.

How we use information

To collect, transport, customs-clear and deliver shipments, and to provide tracking visibility to authorized parties.

To prevent fraud, protect the network and comply with U.S. transportation and export regulations.

To respond to support requests and provide service notifications about active shipments.

Sharing

We share data with delivery partners, customs authorities and payment processors strictly as needed to complete a shipment.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Shipment records are retained for seven years to meet transportation recordkeeping requirements. Marketing contacts are retained until you opt out.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@trackjet.com.

Residents of certain U.S. states have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to shipment records is role-restricted and audited.
